Aman Dogra
Founder & President
Aman Dogra co-founded PRISE Construction Management (PRISCM) in 2013 alongside Manjinder Singh, P.E. and Carlos Cruz, P.E. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in New York, NY. Before pursuing his academic career, Mr. Dogra proudly served in the U.S. Navy for four years.

Mr. Dogra has extensive experience in the heavy civil construction industry, having worked with notable contractors such as Judlau OHL, Peter Scalamandre & Sons Inc., and Gianfia Corp. He has served in key roles such as Construction Superintendent, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and Chief Estimator, responsible for reviewing project drawings and preparing proposals.

As President of PRISCM, Mr. Dogra oversees the firm's Construction Management and Estimating Divisions, Marketing and New Business Development, Financial Management, and Corporate Quality Assurance. He also leads the company's strategic planning and provides overall corporate leadership.

Manjinder Singh, P.E.
Co-Founder & Vice President
Manjinder Singh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NYU-Polytechnic School of Engineering in Brooklyn, NY. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Mr. Singh has served as a Civil Engineer for the NYC Department of Design and Construction and the Long Island Rail Road. His experience also includes roles as Resident Engineer, Chief Inspector, and Senior Inspector for various consulting engineering firms, working with agencies such as the Connecticut Department of Transportation, NYC Transit Authority, and multiple MTA divisions.

As Vice President at PRISCM, Mr. Singh is responsible for managing the Civil and Structural Design Divisions and providing oversight for the MEP Design Division.

Carlos Cruz, P.E.
Co-Founder & Secretary
Carlos Cruz holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, and in Mathematics from New York University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State.

Mr. Cruz brings extensive field experience to the firm, having served as Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Chief Inspector, and Senior Inspector for leading consulting engineering firms. He has worked with agencies including the NYC Transit Authority and several MTA divisions.

As Secretary of PRISCM, Mr. Cruz is responsible for managing the Construction Inspection and Special Inspections Divisions. He also shares responsibility for Financial Management and Corporate Quality Assurance with Mr. Dogra.
